About Me

I’m Dhani.  My passions for most of my life have been musical theatre, TV and movies.  I watch things hundreds of times and though some would say I am obsessed, I call it being a fan.

For over 20 years I have been frustrated by the male TV and film critics.  I feel that women view these pieces of entertainment through a very different lens and I am finally getting my voice out there.

One day, while going on and on about something I was watching to my husband, John, and realizing that his reactions were pretty funny, we thought perhaps others could relate to this exchange.  And so this podcast was born.  I try to share with him what I am watching and he tries to pay attention, show interest, and understand my point of view.

John and I live in the Los Angeles area with our pup Roxy.
